Summary Consent Decree
A Summary Consent Decree can only be filed if you and your spouse:
- Do NOT have a covenant marriage
- Both individuals want to be divorced
- Have agreed on ALL terms of the divorce agreement
- Have lived in or been stationed in Arizona for at least 90 days
- Children have lived in Arizona for at least 6 months
